The gelato was absolutely incredible without a doubt some of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, despite how much we loved it, we won’t be coming back because our entire experience was overshadowed by the customer service. We were genuinely excited to visit after reading so many reviews praising how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Sadly, our experience with Oliver was the complete opposite. From the moment we started choosing our flavors, he seemed annoyed that we were there. When I asked to try a sample, I pointed to one of the flavors and said, “That one.” Instead of simply asking which flavor I meant, he replied in a rude, impatient tone, “Which one is that one?” It may seem like a small interaction, but it immediately made us feel uncomfortable. Then, when he handed me the sample, he didn’t even bother extending his hand, I had to lean all the way over the counter just to take it. However next to him we would hear his coworker interact with other customers. We could clearly hear him being warm, patient, and genuinely kind, which made the contrast impossible to ignore. Amazing experience shopping at Venchi! This is the best place (in my opinion) especially for those special occasions and holidays as gifts. Their chocolate is truly loved by anyone I gift to. As a celiac as well, I absolutely love how their chocolates are gluten free! It always makes me happy to shop at Venchi. This time I had the help of Juliana when shopping for no sugar added chocolate options. She was so phenomenal, kind, and made the experience even better. I highly recommend Venchi!!

We discovered this ice cream shop completely by accident while shopping at Boca Mall today, and I’m so glad we stopped in. I was with my little daughter, so of course we had to check it out — and the design immediately caught our attention. The beautiful glass display with artistic ice cream cone creations is absolutely stunning, so photogenic and charming. Inside, there was such a wonderful variety of chocolates — perfect if you’re looking for a beautiful and delicious gift, not just ice cream. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. A lovely lady greeted us right away and offered samples of different chocolates to try. My favorite was the chocolate with strawberry jam filling — so good. Then we picked strawberry ice cream with chocolate for my daughter, and they let her sample flavors first so she could choose, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also gave us a cup of water, which is especially appreciated when you’re out with a child. The ice cream was around $9, which felt fair for the quality and experience. Convenient location inside Boca Mall, beautiful presentation, delicious treats, and genuinely kind service. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back.

It such a treat to come here with my daughter who has celiac. The chocolate is delicious and so is the gelato. Staff is wonderful and everything is gluten free except the cones. Who knows why? Gluten free cones are delicious — go all the way Venchi! Please!

Great gelato shop! The gelato is absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. A special thanks to Zeek, the staff member very kind, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back!
